Wow what a terrific workout! I am ‘hacking’ my aerobic and anarobic abilities with it! I only had 3 workouts so far but wow, it is amazing! So glad I bought it!

I'm so happy that I seen the Inertia products on FB. I purchased a few weeks ago as a female in my mid 50's, not sure if I would be able to use them as the video's show and I love the product. No matter your age or physical limitations you will have fun while getting in great physical movement/workout. I'm so glad I purchased and will work up to being able to go fast. It's fun, healthy as well as a great cardio workout. Definitely recommend to all ages and even if you have limitations on body movements.
One of the great attributes of the inertia wave is the incomparable way its resistance is transferred throughout the body of the users. I guess it is the unique variable resistance it provides that makes it such a beast of a cardiovascular challenge as well.
The Inertia Wave is a big winner!
I have only used my Inertia Wave system for six days. This thing is a serious butt kicker! If you think you are in great cardio shape, think again. I take it with me to my gym and a lot of other folks have tried it out to include the gym owner and a couple of her trainers. It wore them out after 30 seconds! Everything about this product is first class, no short cuts in the production. I haven't used it for the Strong exercises yet, but I will!
I’ve been using 50ft battle ropes for a while and that was hard. My workout friend showed me a video of inertia wave, I said it looks like a girly workout. He challenged me to try it for 60 seconds non-stop (like his video), when I came over to accept his weak challenge, I quickly learned I was the weak one and it was no girly workout. It was more intense than my battle rope. I’ve bought my own a week ago and use it 4-5x a day. It’s quite the burn and it’s one of my favorite HIIT workouts.
