While facing away from the anchor point, hold the tubes securely in each hand at eye-height. Keep your arms at a perfect 90 degree angle in front of you. You should be able to see your fists at all times. Walk forward creating tension on the tubes and lean forward slightly. Pump your fists upwards over your head to achieve a rise and fall of the tubes. This is anti-extension.

Pro Tips

  • Keep your knees bent and spring-like
  • Space your feet no wider than 12-inches apart
  • Keep one foot slightly in front of the other for balance
