Hold one or both tubes securely in both hands in the thumbs up position. Walk back creating tension on the tubes. Slowly to vigorously start to transversely (side-to-side) flutter both tubes on a horizontal plane. Both tubes follow each other. To advance, try to slowly open your hands independently and continue.

Pro Tips

  • Keep your knees bent and spring-like
  • Space your feet no wider than 12-inches apart
  • Pull the tubes inward, close to your chest with elbows high
  • Increase difficulty by opening hands independently, one tube in each.
