Hold the ends of the tubes securely and walk back until you feel like you're being pulled to the balls of your feet. Start to transversely flutter both tubes simultaneously on a horizontal plane. The method of the Super Typhoon is like the Crossfire, but with a quarter turn resulting in an oscillating, spring–like transverse force.
While still fluttering the tubes, carefully rotate your body and position yourself to the side of the tubes. Hold both tubes in both hands together and continue the motion. Rotate back to the starting position, then do the same steps for the other side.
