Processing Time
Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
United States Shipping
FREE shipping within the USA on the Inertia Wave® SOLO, DUO, and STRONG. Shipping for accessories is calculated at checkout. We ship with FedEx.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are handled through Global-e, our international checkout partner.
Shipping, customs duties and import taxes are all calculated and paid at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the final landed cost of your order. It includes the product, international shipping, customs duties, and any import VAT or sales tax due in your country.
What this means for you:
- No surprise charges on delivery. You will not receive a customs invoice or a courier handling fee before your parcel is released.
- No paperwork to chase. Customs clearance is handled for you.
- Your own currency. Prices and your order total are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Your order ships on a fully tracked international service, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
If you are ever asked to pay an additional import charge on delivery, please email help@inertiawave.com with your order number and a copy of the charge, and we will put it right.
Undeliverable and Refused Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, because delivery was refused, or because the carrier's delivery attempts went unanswered, and the parcel is returned to us, a $40.00 return-handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
