Our policy states that "all orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will be shipped that day. After 4:00 PM EST, the order will ship the next business day." Quality control checks all items before pulling them, and then again before packaging. We save a picture of every unit sold, along with the order number, prior to boxing or packing. Orders will receive automatic emails with video links and tracking information. We mostly use FEDEX as our carrier.
