- Fix My Fitness Club, LLC only accepts returns from our website, inertiawave.com. If you purchased your product from any other website, please contact the owner of that site.
- Fix My Fitness Club, LLC only accepts returns of unused, or defective (and/or unworn) items in the same condition in which they were received sealed in the plastic bag. If you do open bag, and try the product, please don't hit the ground. If there are any signs of usage (see "Signs of Usage, Damages, or Wear") Must be returned within 15 calendar days of the date they were ordered. Please include all pieces, parts, and order # with your return.
- Fix My Fitness Club, LLC stands behind the quality of all of our products. If your item arrives with a defect or length variances, you need to contact 203-675-5575 and we will show you via video how to measure the Inertia Wave. If length has discrepancies, we will issue a return ticket. Once received, our staff will assess and service your request.
- All refunds take 6 days once received.
How to Make a Return
- Email us at email@example.com and tell us why you want to make a return. We would like a picture on how you anchored.
- Place you product(s) in a box along with a copy of your order confirmation inside -OR- your order number and the name you ordered under on a sheet of paper. Your order confirmation was emailed to you at the time of purchase. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you can also sign in and view the order.
- Go to your local FedEx, UPS, or Post Office and ship the package back to the Return Address below.
- It may take 5-6 business days for your returned item(s) to arrive at our facility. Once we receive them, our returns team will inspect each item within approximately 6 business days. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund (see "Refunding Your Payment").
Refunding Your Payment
If you made a purchase online at inertiawave.com, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit card, or any other integrated checkout method.
The amount of time for the credit to be posted to your account will vary depending on your credit card issuer’s policies but may take up to 5-10 business days.
20-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Did you anchor 24-36 apart, and 40 inches from ground?)
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the Inertia Wave send it back within 20-days of the purchase date to the return address below. To receive a full refund. The product must not show any signs of usage such as, but not limited to, nicks, floor marks, streaks, scuffs, cuts, folds, bends, chips, or weariness on the rail anchors to qualify. Product must be received and checked by our team prior to refund. If buyer exceeds the 20-day refund policy period, Fix My Fitness Club, LLC is unable to refund original purchase.
Signs of Usage, Damages, or Wear
In order to qualify for the full refund, the product must not show any signs of usage, damage, or wear. This includes, but is not limited to, nicks, floor marks, streaks, scuffs, cuts, cracks, folds, bends, chips, tears, etc.
Fix My Fitness Club, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges when making a return, (Except damaged, or defects) or exchange as these are direct payments to our shipping carrier, FedEx. You can file a claim with FedEx through their website at any time.
Unless the recipient paid for shipping, shipping will be deducted from the refund.
If recipient fails to pay VAT customs tax to receive product, or does not respond to fedex or boarder representative...and your country aborts, or returns package to our warehouse (CT-USA) There will be a $70.00 charge deducted from refund. .
International returns do not qualify for full refunds. There will be a $45.00 destination charge outside of the United States.
Damages in Transit
If the product is damaged during delivery, Fix My Fitness Club, LLC will provide a brand new replacement for no additional charge. Please email a photo and description of any damages to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days.
If the product is defective, Fix My Fitness Club, LLC will provide a brand new replacement for no additional charge. Please email a photo and description of any defects to email@example.com along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 2 business days.
If you purchase the wrong product (for example, the Inertia Wave® SOLO versus the Inertia Wave® DUO), the customer will be responsible for providing a return label for their replacement. Fix My Fitness Club, LLC will be responsible for the shipping replacement, as long as the product is shipped back in original condition - unused and unopened with no signs of usage, damages, or wear.
Any coupon codes used with original purchase will be subject to 100% of the total value of the coupon code used at time of purchase.
