How to Make a Return
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you want to make a return.
- Place you product(s) in a box along with a copy of your order confirmation inside -OR- your order number and the name you ordered under on a sheet of paper. Your order confirmation was emailed to you at the time of purchase. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you can also log in and view the order.
- Go to your local FedEx, UPS, or Post Office and ship the package back to the Return Address below.
Timeframe For Returns
It may take 5-10 business days for your returned item(s) to arrive at our facility. Once we receive them, our returns team will inspect each item within approximately 5-8 business days. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund (see "Refunding Your Payment").
Refunding Your Payment
If you made a purchase online at inertiawave.com, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit card, or any other integrated checkout method.
If you made a purchase elsewhere, the refund may be issued to the address provided at the time of purchase in the form of a check or digital payment such as PayPal or Venmo.
The amount of time for the credit to be posted to your account will vary depending on your credit card issuer’s policies but may take up to 5-10 business days.
15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the Inertia Wave send it back within 15-days of the purchase date to the return address below. To receive a full refund plus $10.00 toward your shipping cost, the product must not show any signs of usage such as, but not limited to, nicks, floor marks, streaks, scuffs, cuts, folds, bends, chips, or weariness on the rail anchors to qualify. Product must be received and checked by our team prior to refund. If buyer exceeds the 15-day refund policy period, Inertia Wave is unable to refund original purchase.
Signs of Usage, Damages, or Wear
In order to qualify for the full refund, the product must not show any signs of usage, damage, or wear. This includes, but is not limited to, nicks, floor marks, streaks, scuffs, cuts, cracks, folds, bends, chips, tears, etc.
Inertia Wave is not responsible for any shipping charges when making a return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Unless there was a defect in the product, there will be a $15.00 charge for any return, regardless of the reason.
Unless the recipient paid for shipping, shipping will be deducted from the refund.
International returns do not qualify for full refunds. There will be a $40.00 destination charge outside of the United States.
Damages in Transit
If the product is damaged during delivery, Inertia Wave will provide a brand new replacement for no additional charge. Please email a photo and description of any damages to email@example.com along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days.
If the product is defective, Inertia Wave will provide a brand new replacement for no additional charge. Please email a photo and description of any defects to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days.
If you purchase the wrong product (for example, the Inertia Wave versus the Inertia Wave DUO), the customer will be responsible for providing a round-trip return label for their replacement. Inertia Wave will not be responsible for the replacement unless the product is shipped back in original condition - unused and unopened with no signs of usage, damges, or wear.
Any coupon codes used with original purchase will be subject to 100% of the total value of the coupon code used at time of purchase.
