15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the Inertia Wave send it back within 15-days of the purchase date to the return address below. Product must not be damaged, dirty, or worn in any way to qualify for a full refund. All refunds will be sent to the address provided at purchase in the form of a check. Product must be received and checked by our team prior to refund. If buyer exceeds the 15 day refund policy period, we are unable to refund original purchase.
Any coupon codes used with original purchase will be subject to 50% of the total value of the coupon code used at time of purchase.
Damages in Transit
If the product is damaged during delivery Inertia Wave, will exchange a new one for no additional charge. Please send a photo of any damages to email@example.com along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days.
Any defective product will be replaced immediately. Please send a photo and description of any defects to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days. The pictures must be specific, and taken as requested by Fic my Fitness Club, LLC.
Inertia Wave is not responsible for any shipping charges when making a return or exchange. The return charge has a 30% restocking fee. (Total of purchase)
International returns do not qualify for full refunds. There will be a $40.00 destination charge outside of the United States.
