EU Right of Withdrawal
This section applies only to consumers located in the European Union who purchase eligible products, courses, certifications, digital content, or services from Inertia Wave through our online store.
Under EU consumer protection laws, eligible EU consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Withdrawal Period for Physical Products
For physical products, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last good.
Withdrawal Period for Courses, Certifications, Digital Content, and Services
For courses, certifications, digital content, training programs, online access, or services, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
If you request or consent to immediate access, immediate digital delivery, or the start of a service, course, certification, training, or digital content during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal may be limited or may no longer apply once performance has begun or the content has been made available, where permitted by applicable law.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

If you use our online EU Right of Withdrawal form, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal request before submitting it. After submission, we will send you an automatic confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal for a physical product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged and reaches us safely.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If you validly exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
For physical products, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by applicable law, reimbursement may include the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us may not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Condition of Returned Physical Products
You are responsible for any diminished value of returned physical products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Products should be returned with all included components, accessories, manuals, packaging, and materials where reasonably possible.
Exceptions and Limitations
The EU right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be limited, in certain cases permitted by applicable law. These may include, without limitation:

Digital content or online access that has been made available with your prior consent and acknowledgement, where applicable law permits loss of the withdrawal right

Services, courses, trainings, or certifications that have begun or have been fully performed with your prior consent, where applicable law permits loss of the withdrawal right

Custom-made or personalized products

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Any other products, content, or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law
Relationship to Our Other Return Policies
This EU Right of Withdrawal is separate from any voluntary return policy, satisfaction guarantee, warranty, or commercial return program offered by Inertia Wave.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under EU or national consumer protection laws.
